About the conference

Deep grain processing is a development priority for Ukrainian agribusiness. Every tonne of flour, groats, pasta or compound feed produced in Ukraine and sold not only on the domestic market but also abroad generates greater added value, creates jobs and strengthens the country’s foreign-currency revenue. This is a real path toward economic independence, technological maturity and the transformation of Ukraine from a raw-material supplier into a competitive player on the global market for processed products.

Can the grain-processing industry become one of the economy’s drivers and stay competitive on world markets? Does Ukraine have the potential to shift from a raw-material exporter into a powerful player on the market for processed grain products? How can processing be made profitable even during the war?
